these terms govern your use of togglesnap (togglesnap.com), a no-code workflow automation builder. togglesnap is part of the manymoats family of products. by creating an account or using togglesnap, you agree to these terms.

1. what togglesnap is

togglesnap is a software tool for building and running automated workflows between apps. it is a software product, not a professional service, and does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. your account

you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. the free tier requires no card. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a paid plan.

3. acceptable use

• don't use togglesnap for anything illegal, or to harm, harass, defraud, or infringe others.
• don't build workflows that send unsolicited mass messages, scrape at scale, or abuse third-party rate limits.
• you are responsible for the workflows you build and the third-party accounts you connect.
• don't attempt to breach security or access accounts that aren't yours.

4. billing & cancellation

the free tier (2 workflows, 100 runs/month) is $0, always. paid plans (Pro, Team, Business) bill monthly. we never charge a lump annual fee — where an annual rate is offered, it locks a lower monthly price that is still billed each month. no task-tax and no overage traps — the cost of your plan is shown plainly. cancel anytime in one click; see our refund & cancellation policy.

5. connected third-party accounts

togglesnap connects to third-party apps and services you authorize. we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of those third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

6. your content

you own the workflows and data you create. we don't claim ownership of your work. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

7. availability & disclaimers

togglesnap is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. changes & termination

we may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date. you may stop using togglesnap and cancel at any time. we may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.

9. governing law

these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
